What can credits be used for and do they expire?
▼
Credits are used for Job Interview Practice (1 credit per session), Career Mentor 360° Reports (1 credit per report), and the ATS Resume Builder (1 credit per resume version). Course Tests and Daily Challenges do not use credits. Packs: ₹999 for 5 credits, ₹1999 for 12 credits, ₹2999 for 20 credits. Credits expire after 1 year. Full transaction history is in the Wallet tab.
How does the Job Interview Practice work and how many credits does it use?
▼
Select Job Interview Practice from the Simulate tab. Fill in a job title, choose an interview type (Screening, Technical, Behavioural, or Final Round), paste the job description, and optionally upload your resume. Click "Let's Proceed" — this uses 1 credit. The simulator then runs a 12-question interview tailored to the role and JD you provided. The first question is always an introduction and the last is an invitation for you to ask questions back, mirroring a real interview format.
How does the Group Discussion Practice work and how many credits does it use?
▼
The group discussion practice simulates a real GD environment with six participants. Five participants are AI agents, each with distinct personas, and you will be the sixth participant. You need to provide the GD type and a topic to begin. The AI agents will start the discussion, and when your turn comes, you can share your thoughts or choose to pass your turn to the next AI participant. The AI assistant will provide suggestions and feedback on your responses to help you improve. You can end the discussion after 15 turns by AI agents. 1 credit will be deducted for one group discussion session.
Can I speak my answers or do I have to type them?
▼
Both options are available on desktop. If your browser supports speech recognition, the microphone mode is enabled by default — click the mic button, speak your answer, then click Stop. You can switch to typed mode at any time by clicking "Type Instead" above the answer area. On mobile, typing is the default since microphone performance varies across mobile browsers. Either way, answers are evaluated on substance and knowledge — not grammar or punctuation.
What is the 30-second wait before the Evaluate button becomes active?
▼
The 30-second lock is intentional. It prevents users from submitting one-line answers without taking time to think. Real interviews expect you to structure your thoughts before responding. Use the time to plan your answer — the timer shows a countdown on the Evaluate button so you always know how long is left. Once the 30 seconds are up, the button activates and stays green until you submit.
What does the face analysis feature do and is it required?
▼
Face analysis is optional. When enabled via the toggle before you start, your webcam runs locally in the browser throughout the interview. It samples one frame per second and measures face presence, centring, and movement. At the end of the session, this data is included in your Interview Personality Profile. The video never leaves your device and is not recorded or stored anywhere.
What are the five skill dimensions shown after each answer?
▼
After each answer is evaluated, you see scores across five dimensions: Communication (clarity and vocabulary), Clarity of Thought (how focused and unambiguous your ideas are), Domain Depth (subject knowledge relevant to the question), Confidence (directness and conviction), and Structured Thinking (logical flow and organisation). These scores update your My Skills graph after every session across all modes.
What is the Career Mentor and how is it different from the interview simulator?
▼
Career Mentor is a 360° career path counselling tool, not an interview. It first builds a profile from a short questionnaire covering your background, motivations, work style, risk appetite, languages, and an optional resume upload. Based on this profile, the AI suggests career paths suited to you. For each career you are interested in, you can generate a detailed 360° report covering salary range, skill requirements, day-in-the-life, and a personalised roadmap. Each 360° report costs 1 credit. When you save your profile or edit your profile, 1 credit is deducted and it allows you to get one 360° report of your choice.
What is the Course Test mode and who can access it?
▼
Course Test is included with your ElitePros membership — no credits needed. It offers pre-tests and post-tests for courses across four categories: AI Literacy (all plans), Beginner (Communication, Time Management, Listening, and more), Advanced (Team Dynamics, Stress Management, POSH, and more), and Expert (Leadership, Strategy, Innovation, and more). You can take each pre-test and post-test once per course.
What is the Daily Challenge and how does the streak work?
▼
The Daily Challenge gives you one focused interview question every day based on topic you want to master and targeting your weakest skill from your skill graph. It requires a Beginner or higher membership. Enter a topic you want to practise and a question is generated each day building progressively on previous ones. Answer it, get a score and model answer, and your skill graph updates immediately. The streak counter tracks consecutive days answered — missing a day resets it to zero.
How is the My Skills graph calculated and what does it show?
▼
The skill graph shows your rolling average across five dimensions — Communication, Clarity of Thought, Domain Depth, Confidence, and Structured Thinking — based on every answer submitted across all sessions including Job Interview Practice, Course Tests, and Daily Challenges. The more sessions you complete, the more accurate it becomes. The Recommended Courses section uses your skill graph to suggest five courses from the ElitePros catalogue that address your weakest areas.
What is saved in Sessions History and how do I access past sessions?
▼
Sessions History stores every completed session across three sub-tabs: Job Interviews (practice sessions with scores and personality profile), Course Tests (pre and post test results by course), and Daily Challenges (every daily question with your answer, model answer, score, and skill delta). Click any session to see the full detail — each question, your answer, AI feedback, model answer, and per-question scores. Sessions are stored permanently and accessible from any device. Incomplete sessions are not saved.
How does the ATS Resume Builder work and what does 1 credit give me?
▼
Fill in your profile — target role, job description, experience, education, projects, and skills. Choose a template and click Enhance. The AI rewrites your bullet points with action verbs and quantifiable results, injects keywords from the JD, and structures your summary for ATS systems. This costs 1 credit and gives one enhanced resume version. After enhancement, an ATS score (0–100) is calculated showing keyword match, missing keywords, and improvement suggestions. The enhanced resume can be previewed, printed to PDF, or downloaded as a .docx file. All versions are saved in My Versions for free revisits.
